I am a midwestern, middle aged young lady. I believe that age is just a number and that passion is the fountain of youth.
I grew up on a farm, was trained to be a farm wife but went to college instead. I became a microbiologist/medical technologist. I married after college, worked in a hospital laboratory, and raised 3 children. Time passed so quickly but I sure loved those years.
My husband and I are now empty nesters. It was scary at first but now we have embraced it. We have the time and the means and the desire to do whatever we want. We want to have a good time. Happiness is all about finding your passion.
Focus on today. Live like there is no tomorrow. Life is short – live it up!
